The company began active business operations on 1st April 2023

Hydro-Thermal Solutions achieved its first significant revenue milestone in 2023, recording ₦28,113,440 in earnings.
2024
the company deepened its involvement in general contracts and recorded ₦8,438,641 in revenue for the year.

Completed and published its audited financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2024, demonstrating financial transparency and growth.
2025
Obtained an official Tax Clearance Certificate issued on 8th January 2025, confirming compliance for the years 2022–2024.
